I locked my keys in my car late at night on a week day and they came right away and it wasn't as expensive as I expected 🙂

Chris was absolutely amazing, helped us back from an hour and a half away at renn festival when the vehicle broke down, he was amazing to talk with, always kept his eyes on the road and was extremely safe when driving. He was leaving the depot as soon as we had called and was on his way immediately, and made sure we were hydrated as well after he showed up. John from Andy's Towing answered our late evening phone call in just a few rings. He immediately located a driver, gave us an estimated time of arrival, contacted the police department to advise them that they were going to be coming for the vehicle (as it was there several hours waiting while we dealt with the insurance company), asked questions to make professional assessments about how best to remove the vehicle, and made helpful suggestions to keep the vehicle safe. A deer came out of no where on Hi-way 23 East in St Cloud at about 10pm. I was driving a convertible Mazda Miata. I was extremely lucky...I could have been dead from such an incident. Brian and the Hi-way patrolman were compassionate and took care of everything. Brian went above and beyond to explain everything to me. He was extra kind and helpful!! Thank you Brian tremendously for everything you do to make an awful incident better!!

Wow! Steven and Andrew went above and beyond! I am so grateful. They drove me to three different places while towing me and were patient in helping me find a mechanic to work with. And their knowledge and connection with mechanics in the area cannot be surpassed. I am so thankful to them and cannot rave about them enough!

Very easy to work with . Brian did a great job and explained what was going to happen next. And let me know when the car was at the shop of my choice via text.. got the text that everything was good.

Drivers name was Brian. Amazing and fast helper. Quick to do work and got my car on the tow in just a few minutes after payment.

I highly recommend thier services. I had a flat and they were there within 20 minutes. Brian was amazing! He changed my tire in about 5 min and triple checked the lug nuts. Excellent service! Thanks Brian!
