Always Ask for Andy's in St. Cloud, Clearwater & Sauk Rapids, MN

Andy's towing provided excellent service for me when I went into the ditch. It was out of their jurisdiction but I decided to wait since they work with AAA. They were there in less time than quoted and Kyle my tow truck driver was very nice and helpful. Thank you!

I got stuck in my driveway on Saturday and called Andy's to come rescue and they sure did ... Josh came out was happy and very helpful. He made the situation so much better. Thanks Josh and Andy's towing

I was on my way to pick up a student in a school van when I ran into a ice patch on the road. All of a sudden I seen brake lights and cars piling up so I cranked the wheel and ended up in the ditch with about 14" of snow. I called work and let them know what happened and then they called Andy's towing. Within 15 minutes they were there and ready to get started. The tow truck drivers were very professional . Yes two trucks were there. 1 for pulling me out and the other had to be there for stopping traffic. I stayed in the van while Andy proceeded to pull me out while people who weren't paying attention and almost sideswiping him. My opinion is that those workers do not get paid enough for what they do. I'm serious people were rubber necking and not paying attention. So needless to say I seen 3 more accidents happen within 100 feet of me. So if you ever need help give them a call first and you will not receive better service. Again please watch for their lights and them because they have a difficult job and I'm sure they want to get home to their families. THANK YOU AGAIN Andrew and the team.

I had a flat tire today on my way home from work about half way between Foley and St Cloud. Being that it was -6 degrees outside I called Andy's Towing to come change my tire. Josh showed up with a smile on his face and said that I should stay in my car and he would have done in a few minutes. He was true to his word and he had it done in short order and I was on my way home. I recommend Andy's Towing and Josh to anyone who needs real help when they are in a difficult situations. Lucky for me Josh had an air pump as my spare tire was almost flat and he could pump it full so I could drive home and count my blessings.

I couldn't have asked for better service! Chris came out to unlock my car this morning. He was so friendly and helpful! I can't say enough wonderful things about him or the service. Thanks Chris!!!

Yesterday my my car died. I used my ERS and was told via my smartphone it would almost 2 1/2 hrs! Well, needless to say Chris, my tow truck driver called less than a half an hour later. He said he was 10 minutes out. He showed up, he was one of the nicest, polite, respectful people. First thing he had me in his truck comfortable, hooked up my ride, got in, verified Miller Auto, asked about the temp, radio station and volume, etc. Chris certainly knows how to treat people! I am still super impressed a day later.

I've never had a problem with Andy's Towing, tow truck drivers, etc. I have to say it again, Chris, exceeded my expectations for Customer Service!

Boy oh boy i'm very thankful for Josh. Called AAA and not even 3 minutes later he called saying he was 5 minutes away and what do you know 4 minutes later he was at my car. I only needed a jump but he recommended me to batteries plus for more help if needed. What a cool guy!! Thanks Josh now I can make it to work on time!!! Stay warm out here!!!!

Thanksgiving day, roadside hazard, flat tire called AAA Andy's towing called said they would be there within 45 minutes, 10 minutes later Josh called said he knew exactly where I was and would be there in 10 minutes. Josh was very polite, knowledgeable and professional.fixed the tire with a plug kit. Saved me extra trips to the tire shop. Thank You to Andy's for employing great people.

I gave a 5 star Because Josh went over and beyond his way to help me when my car wouldn't start and I was stuck in the car with my two Toddlers! I say over and beyond because I Initially call Initially Called for a jump only to find out it wasn't the battery! At this point I was really desperate! It was cold out he could of left but instead he he stayed and kept trying to find the problem and even got my car back running!! I'm so grateful for him!

Called AAA and they told me it would be an hour + wait. Andy's towing was dispatched and they told me they would be there in 10-15 mins. Josh was super friendly, helpful and gave good honest advice. Definitely recommend Andy's towing!

Had two flat tires on my car and called AAA and they referred me to Andy's towing. I think the guy that towed my car was named Steve. Obviously no one likes flat tires or having to be towed, but he was able to help me out and very friendly about the whole situation! They also were earlier than expected which helps a lot too!!

Our truck broke down at 10pm about 2 hours from our destination. We got connected with Andy's through AAA and boy are we glad. I missed the dispatcher's name but she called me personally to give me a better quote of when our driver would arrive. She was worried about us being on the side of the road, in the dark, in the rain. Then Josh, the driver, called us to let us know that he was almost to us. He was AMAZING! Friendly, professional and determined. If we lived here we would tell EVERYONE to use Andy's.
